With his exposure, strength, patience, and passion, he turned that dream into a reality and founded White Season Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd, an esteemed hospitality company that embodies the ideals of exceptional hospitality, quality comfort, and outstanding service.

Yatender Negi is the epitome of someone who takes on challenges with gusto and relishes the thrill of overcoming them. He has an inspiring journey of transforming losses into profits and achieving success that only those who dare to do can accomplish. His vision for White Season Group was to establish a dynamic and progressive Hotel Management and Brand Franchising company that could adapt to the demands of a rapidly changing world.

After years of meticulous planning and groundwork, White Season Hotels and Resorts was born in 2022, commencing its operations in India in 2023. The company has set its sights on expanding its presence across India with ambitious plans to open 20+ hotels in India and venture into other Asian countries within the next seven years. The ultimate goal is to add 800+ keys by 2030 and setting new standards and delivering exceptional experiences within the industry.
