Yatender Negi is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality industry with 30 years of experience. He has a postgraduate degree in business administration and possesses a deep understanding of the unique dimensions of the hospitality sector. He has worked on senior positions with various reputed names in the industry such as ITC Hotel, IHG Group, Clarks Group, Wyndham Hotels, Radisson Group, Rajasthali Resorts & Mountania Hotels Group. This diverse exposure has helped him gain valuable insights into the best industry standards that he intends to follow and improve upon for the benefit of his clients. With his extensive exposer and expertise, he believes to lead hospitality to greater heights. He believes in drawing fresh strength from his own lineage of working with multiple hospitality industries and the youthful ingenuity of his team.
He has received various awards and accolades for the contributions to the hospitality industry, including the Rajasthan Gaurav (Pride) Award & Lifetime Achievement award for long and commendable services to the hospitality industry, He has accomplished a lot as a speaker, mentor & motivational speaker to various organization. He is a panel mentor for Miss Rajasthan beauty pageant.

NANDA BALLABH LOHUMI
He is a highly experienced project and construction management professional with nearly 30 years of experience in civil and site engineering, hotel construction, contract management, budgeting, reports and quality control. He has expertise in implementing project management plans with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, and is skilled in using tools like MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. He has worked with various stakeholders, including project members, consultants, engineers, clients, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors, to frame structural parameters and technical and commercial specifications. He has worked on various projects, including:
- Hotel Projects – Marriott Spa & Resort, Jaisalmer, Hilton-Jaipur, Ramada-Jaipur, Furn-Jaipur, Ramada-Agra, Radisson, Varanasi, Country Inn and Suites, Jaipur, Country Inn and Suites Paradeep, Radisson Kathmandu, Two Five Star Hotel Project at Aktau and Atirayu, Kazakhstan (300 room properties each)
- Renovation Projects – ITC Hotel Jaipur (interior), Four Point Sheraton Jaipur (renovation), Taj Ummaid Bhawan Jodhpur (renovation), Renovation of Jhallai Fort-Jaipur,

Seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the hotel industry as a Chief Engineer & project head, has worked with prestigious hotels including Park Plaza, Ramada, Clark’s Amer, Radisson Group, Marriott, Hilton, Chomu Palace, Fern Jaipur, Park Inn by Radisson, Ole Serena Hotel, and Agakhan Hospital. With an impressive track record of successful project management and engineering expertise, Mr. Joshi has been instrumental in the success of numerous hotel projects. His vast experience has allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the unique challenges that arise in the hospitality industry. We are honored to have him as part of our team.
